First, I think that is a bad idea. Drug trials are dangerous.
Second, try the local newspaper. The trials tend to be local. They don't mail reasearch drugs to random responders from the internets.
I did one that they asked about what I ate, and took a little blood. I went in about every six months for two or three years. They paid like $70 a visit I think. No drugs involved, it seemed to be a blind sample of a random person in the general population. They just wanted to know what I ate, and took some blood.
Hmmmm. Maybe they were cloning me. A race of super soldiers?
