Follicle challenged babies everywhere seethed when Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ bundle of joy, Suri, graced the cover of Vanity Fair magazine sporting a luxuriant head of hair. Babies and parents clamored for the Suri look. Thankfully, a savior arrived: Baby Toupee.

The mission of Santa Barbara, CA-based BabyToupee and Small Humans, LLC is to show that while parenting can be a great responsibility, it can also be a source of endless amusement. The company’s goal is to bring creative and fun products to market that make parenting a little more fun, all while bringing a smile to the face of their children. Life is too short to take seriously… have fun with your baby!

Don’t let your baby be the only baldy at play dates. Baby Toupee’s website offers these fine hair-pieces in several styles: The Donald, The Lil’ Kim, The Samuel L. Jackson, and The Bob. For just $25, you can raise your baby’s self-esteem, giving the kid a head start on life.

All of us at Baby Toupee believe we share a responsibility to help those in need, particularly when it comes to children. For this reason we donate 10% of all proceeds to children's charities. We like to have fun as much as anyone, maybe more, but neglected children are no laughing matter.

BabyToupee is very proud to sponsor the Santa Barbara Bowl Education Outreach Program and the Storyteller Foundation. The Bowl Education Outreach Program supports music and performing arts education for children. Storyteller Children's Center provides quality, tuition-free early childhood education for homeless and at-risk children, as well as comprehensive support services for their families.

It's weird but it can't be all evil!

Yeah, because it's such a good idea to have long strands of fabric dangling inches from a baby's mouth.

yes, a joke. people will actually buy them, put them on their baby and take silly pictures or bring them trick or treating.

do you think people will put them on their infants and then put the babies down for a nice long nap?

ha ha, lighten up.

NO! I was nearly bald until I was 2 (my mother would "wash my hair" by rubbing a washcloth over my head). And so far I've ended up with more hair at my age than my father or my mother's father (since baldness supposedly comes from your mother).

So, for the Love of God, don't do that to your child. Please? Well, maybe the Samuel L. wink

It's common sense. You've got to lighten up and stop being so argumentative, babes.
