I'm really trying to figure out why this has become such an inflammatory thread. So some people know him personally and aren't his biggest fans, and some people just think he's neat. And yes - he IS paid to take his photo with people, so are the SGs, and so are any and all kind of celeb! What difference does it make?

So The Lizardman wasn't the first person to undergo a full body concept transformation. You know what he has done? He has represented himself and the heavy mod community better than anyone else to date. He has the personailty and intellect to carry himself well and defend his life choices to the harshest critic. Beyond that he has beat the odds, went against the norm, and made a successful career out of it. No disrespect to Enigma/ Katzen or Stalking Tiger, these guys each do there own thing and there is more than enough room on this earth and in this community for all of them, without one's status imposing on the others.

For what it's worth i do consider The Lizardman a friend, even if I don't have any pics with him and I have also spent time around all the other self made freaks that have been brought up.

The petty bullshit in here is like the backlash lots of bands face when they finally find commercial success. So you think he's a jackass, and his mods are stupid, that's fucking great.....now focus on your lives and see if you can fufill your wildest dreams and make the life you want for yourself.
