While most of us will only ditch our vehicles to throw off the feds after a high-speed chase, big baby Kelly Clarkson seems willing to cast a car to the abyss for any old reason. This time, it was something as minor as discovering her hot-pink Mustang convertible was identical to a car owned by porn star Alana Evans (formerly Jenna Talia). Though she's demonstrated superior fortitude by, time and time again, resisting the urge to stab herself in the ears to block out the sound of her own music, apparently owning the same model automobile as a sex worker was simply too much for the first American Idol.

The New York Post's Page Six covered the story and noted Ms. Evans own reaction to the matter.

Personally, I don't see how Kelly gets off acting all superior when a side by side comparison of Britney Rears 3 and From Justin to Kelly reveals that the former has a more convincing interracial love story and superior song and dance numbers.

But why stop there? How about a side by side comparison of the stars themselves?

I agree.... the pics, don't celebrate women's diversity in shape, or talent, nor does it point to the heart of the article - that Kelly's knee-jerk reaction to the sex industry is on overdrive. Though.... it is her car, she has the right to ditch it for whatever reason. But why make a public mess out it - involving someone else's work choice - isn't the best way to go about it.

I think Kelly Clarkson is attractive. Her music, whily not my taste, is catchy. With the money she makes...the fact that she drives a Mustang...and not some garish, blinged-out Escalade is pretty cool. I don't see what the problem is...and I certainly don't see anything wrong with her in the picture you posted.

I forgot, though...it's WAY cooler to bash pop-stars.

I think Kelly is pretty and I actually like Since U Been Gone. She seems fine and down to earth. On the other hand, getting upset that someone else drives the same car as you is some petty shit and isn't a good attitude for anyone to have. And the particular attitude of not wanting to be associated with someone in the sex industry (as opposed to someone in an actually objectionable line of work) demonstrates some pretty severe shortcomings.

Wow, some serious disrespect for porn stars from SRBuell. *whew* Alana is actually one of my favourite porn stars, and while she isn't drop dead gorgeous, I think she has a certain something.
