Now that his ex-wife Jessica Simpson has lost her voice from going down on John Mayer too much, Nick Lachey has finally convinced himself he's "over it." Suddenly friends of the sappy crooner are announcing to the press that Vanessa Minnillo, arguably the blandest MTV VJ since Dave Holmes, has managed to erase the memory of Jessica and her 34D's. Want to find out if their love is true? Head over to Lachey's CD release party at NYC's Bryant Park Hotel tonight and see for yourself!
I care about this. I care about this intensely. In fact this article will form the basis of my next dissertation. Of course my next dissertation is only going to be one and a half pages long in font size 18 and I'm going to submit it to my local curry house for an MA in Kazoo Management, but still...
you guys are totally edgy and hip! and the fact that you took the time to read the article and then took MORE time to comment on it really proves to all of us how much you don't care and how alternative you are. kudos!

Perhaps their comments might deter the next idiot from posting some meaningless dribble about people that we don't care about. And, your sarcasm sucks.

I'm not alternative at all. I am also not hip or cool. I'm about as much as an Average Joe as you can get. Being indie has nothing to do with not giving a flying fuck about sub-news. I read the article because that's all there fucking is on the boards anymore.....faux news articles about shit that most of us care ZERO about.
We're foreced to read it because that's most of the board content these days. Your stock advice that if we don't like it we shouldn't read it isn't practical in this application. For the most part....that's all there is to read on the fucking boards anymore...and frankly...some of us are sick of it.
So...I invite you to stick that where the sun ceases to iluminate.
As if it were any of your business.......I just returned from a three-day fuck-fest...starring yours truly and a lovely young maiden. So...there goes THAT theory.

i doubt it, since they were hired by SG to do exactly what you guys are bitching about. take your complaints to them if you dislike it so much, but calling an editor an idiot for doing what they're paid by SG to do is a.) rude and b.) stupid.
Please feel free to forward me a list of celebrities you do care about and I'll be sure not to stray from it in the future. My apologies, to you and your family, for any inconvenience this post may have caused.
I'm glad to see the "how is this news?!" crowd is back from their slumber! I'm sure existence of this story and those of its ilk just keep you up at night. It must be rough.
But, you know, considering that most of the celeb stories amass a decent amount of comments on the boards, and that the Celeb Worship group is one of the most active on the site (accumulating an average of over 130 posts per day since its inception last May--and includes membership by half of the site's owners) and always has a considerable amount of people waiting to be allowed in, I'd say quite a few people care.
