Eric Szmanda may charm viewers of CSI, but apparently not everyone is a fan. On vacation in Kauai, the actor and his friends dropped by a local tiki bar when things went Road House on him.
After posing for pictures with fellow holiday makers and locals, Szmanda was leaving the bar when he was confronted by "a big Samoan woman."
He recalls, "I thought she wanted to shake my hand, but she clocked me in the face."
Szmanda says he doesnt know what provoked the whupping, but Hawaii police are investigating the incident.
Maybe they could have him match his DNA with trace DNA found in saliva deposited in a cut on her knuckles. And he could do it while eating crackers and not wearing a hair net.

Go samoan lady! There are a whole lot of people to punch over these stupid shows!!
Yes but I think that we should start with anyone involed in reality T.V shows and shoot them just so we no longer have to put up with the crap.
Its probably the crystal meth. We have a huge problem with it. He's lucky, you should see what the Samoans can do with rocks. I live in Hawaii and shit like this goes down all the time. The rule is never fight back and run like hell or the lot of them will go Rodney King on your ass.
I would have got away with it if wasn't for you meddling kids!
and your DNA tests...
and at least he's on the good version of CSI instead of one of the derivative of a derivative of a derivate ones that are out there.. ahh crazy drunk people.. you'll never cease to amuse me..
