Myspace would have to win the award for clunkiest interface with most popularity...

Highest amount of downtime/longest consecutive running updates are also up there.

I only use myspace to keep in touch with certain friends these days...For the most part, I prefer to either call or email. When it comes to meeting new people, I prefer this site any day. Higher concentration of cool people. There are some shitty people too, but...Paying for a subscriptiong helps filter out a majority of the lowlifes.

he already made bank when he got baught out by, I think, TimeWarner, or somebody like that. Got millions of the deal.

Believe me, they make more than enough money off of the adverts (you know, the ones that are fucking EVERYWHERE) to support the site.

Rupert Murdoch bought it.

And charging would kill the site. It's been shown that these networking sites only work as long as the content is free.

Encourage people in Los Angeles to use more power to spark a rolling blackout. It's apparent that a good portion of Myspace's servers are in buildings without power control or backup generators. wink

Word. That's how I'm handling it.
Actually, I'm doing all of that to get out of going to work.

But why MySpace dying then?

Because people have begun to lose their hopes and forget their dreams so the Nothing grows stronger.

What is the Nothing?

It's the emptiness that's left. It is like a despair destroying this world and I've been trying to help it.

Who would win in a fight between the Nothing and the Emptiness?

I'm pretty sure the current owner of myspace, Rupert Murdoch (who brought us faux news among other things), has plenty of money already.
