i had read that tori was not told of her father's turn for the worse
i am not an estate lawyer or anything, but by giving tori such a small percentage of the estate, they may open themselves to a lawsuit from tori, claiming she deserves a bigger chunk of the fortune.

Oh, and Tori Spelling's cleavage makes me cringe every time I see it ... it looks very painful.

Boy, do I want to read a story like this about Paris Hilton at some point in the future.
Except that Paris Hilton has inexplicably made her own fortune. Sure it's dwarfed by her pop's, but uh... well, I don't think she's running out of caviar any time soon. Goddamn it.

Look at it this way: some people think Tori Spelling is a "hot chick" (as you so profoundly put it). If that's not an "alternative culture" I don't know what is. . .
I dunno ... if my dad were on his deathbed (pointless personal fact: my dad is dead) I'd be rushing my ass home. Especially if I had Spelling money.
There is no excuse for her to have not been there.
i've been fortunate that i've only had two family members die. when my father died, it took some time for me to get out there. granted he died with no warning so i guess there was no rush to see the corpse.
my grandmother took a turn for the worse and i was able to get out to visit her within 48 hours. however she ended up living for quite some time after i saw her. when she finally was taking the hand of the grim reaper, i wasnt there. she and i had said our goodbyes previously.
an outsider might say:
Jollyian is a right bastard for not being at his grandmother's side when she died!
but that outsider would be a fucktard. he doesn't know what transpired between my grandmother and myself. only tori and aron know what the last words between them were. for all we know he told her that he didn't want her to see him all shriveled up and wasted. "remember me as i am now" he might have said. "i know that you love me and you know that i love you."
She has a classic case of "too much plastic surgery" face . And body too . That being said , I think her dad was a real bastard to not leave her enough that she wouldn't have to work again . I know I really don't need to see her on the TV any time soon .

So you're living in imaginary world.
Wouldn't you want to be in the same STATE as your father if he were dying?
Wouldn't you want to be there for the rest of your family?
Wouldn't you want to be there just to fucking BE THERE?
I can picture her at the reading of the will, her jaw dropping in disbelief as a crew comes in, snapping on rubber gloves, carrying arm and leg restraints and a case of Summers Eve.
