Arizona!

Im in Arizona now, but Im moving here permanently in June. Ill miss Chicago so much, but there are too many good things here to pass up! I will also be going to ASU in Tempe for school.

I dont know too much around here yet, minus where the Burger King is, which is pretty crucial to me. Anyone around here want to share some cool things to do/see? Or share anything for that matter?

Well, where in the state are you?

Well I know you diddn't have to change your clocks for DST, so thats a plus.

Phoenix/Tempe area.

I know Phoenix, Mesa, and Chandler pretty well. Tempe, not so much, but I do know people who know Tempe.

Don't forget the dirt. We have lots of dirt.

I dont know, maybe its just because Im new I find alot to do. I hiked up some mountains and walked around alot. Drove up to Flagstaff and to the Grand Canyon and things. Maybe Im running out?

Is there anywhere I can get cotton candy ice cream? Im craving it!

The best ASU college bar is Casey Moore's, it's just South of University on Ash, tucked away in a neighborhood, it's a very chill place with a great outside bar area (which is nice if you happen to smoke), that's really the only place I can recommend, not knowing your preferred scene, also, all the night clubs are in Scottsdale, I really hate clubs though.

It's starting to get hot

I've heard that there are stellar natural mudbaths in Arizona.

Oh, and traffic. It's indescribable. I think I’d need to make up a word just to express how I feel about it.

Gah! I'm moving to Arizona on the 13th of this month. All this "ain't shit to do" stuff scares me.

I'm moving to the Mesa area. Fort Huachuca. Hwah CHOO kuh.

There actually are things to do in the Tempe area, but I know no one there.

I know nothing about the Mesa area.

Get in touch with Thrasher and join the SGAZ group. I've heard that first Fridays are awesome (though I haven't made it to any, they come highly recommended from people I trust), along with something called Sadisco and Transylvania (or something to that effect). There are also a few really good Fetish Ball events held every year...

Haha...I havent heard good things about Mesa.

Ft. Huachuca? No shit, I lived around there for years. But, whoever told you it was by Mesa was pulling your leg. Mesa is like three hours away, there really is nothing out by Ft. Huachuca except Sierra Vista and a couple of other small towns. There is a lot of nature type stuff, if that’s your thing and Mexico is pretty close by. But aside from that it’s just a couple miles of suburbia.
