I used to do rave flyers back in the day, started to dj and now i'm producing house music.

about illustration...

i was an illustration major in school. even at the time i knew i needed to do more than that. living on freelance is so hard. so i learned design too. no one hires a pure illustrator anymore. (i do mainly editorial freelance, if i'm lucky.) while i was finishing school, my teachers started an animation program. but now animation jobs are hard to come by.

6 figures? those are the top people though, right? like the lead character animator for a main character. i'm also trying to get into film. but i'm coming from the motion graphics side. grrrrrrrrr... versatility is definitely a plus. it's helped me a lot. i got my first job because i was a graphic designer who's an illustrator too. do everything! and do it well! i can go on and on forever.

i'm a tattoo artist. dependeing on who you talk to thats an art form i suppose.

I'm an artist too... drawing, sketching, web stuff, photography.
Don't have a page up yet. I just moved. I'm still unpacking my life.

Hey, your photos are really good. There are so many bad photographers around who have no sense for composition and the balance of forms, contrasts, and colors, it's great to see some who has. And almost all of your photos have a strong message, they tell something essential that transcends the things photographed - they are photographs and not just photographs of things. I like them.

the last 2 girls i painted , one died a month later from an over dose, the other was almost killed a week later in a car wreck , i have opted if i paint again with real people to only paint those i hate, so that pretty much means everyone in existance is fair game, i hate my art , my mum was right , i should drink less soda

I'm a film-maker and a writer, although my writing ability is solely artistic when it comes to writing screenplays. My poetry and prose tend to be trite and silly. I love drawing as well, but I don't do it so much these days. I'd post up a link to the website for the movie my friends and I are finishing, but the site ain't done, and more importantly, we don't have our domain up yet. Soon enough, I hope.

yeah, its my name too. people know my website better than me. when i meet people on the street they often say "oh, you're the guy with the website." its become my nickname. everyone calls me "jeff priest dot com". oy.

i'm a fartist (about 8 or 9 times a day).... and the rest of the time I'm an tsitra, but I'm definately not an artist. that's for sure.

i arrange toys into surrealist comic things. and i write raps about my dad and ice cream and snacks. and i write poems that dont suck. and i do performance art (i.e. air guitar)

I always wanted to be an artist, but I never became one. I enjoy painting with oils, but I don't really know what I'm doing. I just make up my own rules as I go along.

Here's my big plan: when I finally retire from a career in engineering, I'm going to go back to school to get a BFA in art. After that... who knows? Maybe I'll cut my other ear off.
