Ever had a Nickname?

When I was a little kid they nicknamed me "Flash" after the superhero because I was always running around the house. Anybody ever give you a nickname?

Some asshole called me fridge magnet once.

Oh and I just remembered that some dude I used to be in a band with called me "The Edge" cause he thought I used too much delay and reverb. Cocksucker.

I beat up these boys who were messing with me in middle school and they called me "Mortal Kombat" for the next following years... Back then it annoyed me but I'm now a respected Jitsuka so it's become a great anecdote!

when i was a kid i was called Fish after the aussie rules football player Paul Salmon. Basically i was tall really young and that guy is tall so my football playing buddies gave me his nickname.

Oh, lord. Now I'm tanned and kind of a bigger guy. In high school I happened to hang out with a great many kids who had an affinity for rap music. When I was in tenth grade this rapper named Big Punisher, or Big Pun, came out with a cd. Since he was fat and tanned (Although let me state I looked nothing like him actually, as he was much larger than I, and also Nuyorican I think, and I'm just a honky with a tan...not that any of that stuff matters) , my friends, unoriginal as they were, consequently began to call me "Big Pun," which for the sake of brevity was later shortened to "Pun." I thought when he died I would escape it, but sadly, no. My best friend and I went to the same college, so he brought it there as well. It spread and even my white friends began calling me that. Hell, I could walk across campus and random people would scream it out at me. It was really weird. I just kinda waved and pretended I knew them. But I guess I should get used to it, I'll forever be "Pun." Wow, I wrote a lot for a simple little question.
