SG in Detroit

Hey,

Just wondering who's going to the SG show tomorrow night here in Detroit? I haven't seen it mentioned on the board. Anyone?

I tried going to the SG show last night with a friend of mine. We stood in line for like 45 minutes in the cold, only to find out once we finally reaced the door that they were SOLD OUT. It really sucked, I've been waiting for a month to go to this show. I guess next time I should buy tickets ahead of time.

Man, that sucks! It was a good time. I wonder how many people were turned away at the door. I couldn't believe the amout of people in line and how packed it already was inside.

speaking on behalf of bedford drive, the openers for the detroit date, i'd have to say that was the best show we have ever played. the crowd was awesome. the girls were awesome. i wish it could happen every night.

You guys played a good set. Lots of energy. First time I've seen you play since Sonic Reducer days doing battle of the bands. haha.

The bands were good, the show and girls were (of course) awesome, and everyone I met was just plain freakin' cool. I had a ton of fun!

As far as the bands, Robin picked up Bloom's cd, and I'm really surprised, their cd is really good. It seemed completely different from the sound at the show. I was impressed!

The girls were awesome. Very cool, very nice. Most of the people at the show that I just talked to in passing were really cool too.

Seriously though, I had a great time doin' that thing, and this thing. Great to meet all of you and have some hars.

What's going on... where am I... last thing I remember was heading to Detroit.. and I have this vague memory of getting on a short bus that I hadn't rode in for a very long time.
