San Diego (SGSD) Public Events

I can't believe I didn't inherit a thread!

New to San Diego or the The San Diego Group? here are some events you might want to consider attending! It's so we can meet you and know that you're not creepy and you can meet us. Post here and let us know if you're coming out so we can try to meet you.

We are starting this thread out with a BANG! and having an event this Saturday the 16th. PADRES vs. DODGERS baseball!

So even if you don't live in San Diego but visit off and on, you upper socal kids should come down and mingle. Let's mix. SGLA can come and talk shit about the Padres and we will all drink watered down beer. And hey! It's family friendly this time, so bring the kids.

What's that? You can't possibly make it? Fear not! You just have to put a little more effort into it, so we know you mean it.

More will be announced here shortly, including our soon to be starting once monthly bowling.

I'm not new to San Diego, but new to SG so not elegible for the San Diego Group just yet. Watching the Padre's beat LA this saturday would be fun, but I have plans all day, so won't be able to make it. I'll keep an eye on this thread though and try to come out to other open events.

I'm going to the one on the 15th when they handout the "Beat LA" t-shirts. I wish I could go to the SG event, but sadly the bank account says only one. Maybe next time.
