It's simple. It connects you to a random person to chat with. You can use your web cam if you like.
I've been giving it a shot. I'm in South Korea so I suspect lag is a problem. But every person I connect the other person almost immediately disconnects. I guess because I'm a man. See most of the people I have connected to are men. Many of which are partially or completely nude and/or touching themselves in a manner you should not do in church. I'm not against dirty talk in the chats. But most people don't even want to say hello.

I'm guessing this is a common experience. At the very least maybe this post will promote more women to connect. Or maybe more open minded people.
