I need somewone in portland who can dye hair like a mutha i mean really good, cause i want to dye my hair three colors, so can anyone help me out, the colors are white, red, and black
that's going to be insanely hard. first, because a good true white is very very difficult to get. you can go pretty platinum blonde, but white is harder. second, because any haircolor you use will bleed for awhile. so you'll get bluish black and red in your white. especially if you're thinking on any pattern where there'll be lots of interlocking or anything.

nonsense... although white will be hard.
you can do it yourself with minimal difficulty...
depending on how dark your hair is to begin with.... you might as well bleach it untill it is all as white or light as you can get it/take. no not clorox bleach style. never use clothing bleach on your hair. usually there's a powder or liquid you buy and mix with a developer... developers come in I think 20 30 and 40 strengths. 40 being that it will strip the best ... it will also totally kill your hair. I mean DEAD... and most placed will recomend you bleach with a weaker developer a few times spread out over maybe a few days to a week. red and black. well I'm assuming maybe you have long hair... the best way to go about that is to clip the parts of the hair that you want with different colors seperately... you can dye them at the same time but most people wouldn't. start with the red first. then black black will cover anything if some red gets on some parts you don't want. and you can also bleach again... spot bleach if you must. I've always dyed my hair by myself ... and It's always turned out just fine... you just got to be patient and willing to experiment..... you really should need someone else to do it for you though... unless you're lazy or really rich.
