(It feels wierd talking to strangers about this,but..)

Ok, I tried hitting on this girl I kind of liked,(I think she liked me a little or I would'nt have bothered),and I Completely Bombed.Nothing cool and witty to say.Nothing cool OR witty to say.Not to toot my own horn, but I don't think it used to be a problem to a least get a date once in a while.After my last girlfriend of six months ago I lost my edge, even my girl-friends think so.My ex got 4 rebounds after me, now I cant even TALK to a girl.

How do you get your Mojo back?

Honestly, when i feel like you do right now, this is what always works for me: -I do my best not to play with the magic snake kit for a few days(i swear there is some pheromonal(sp?) or other chemical affect that changes the way girls react, at least to me and a few of my friends who have noticed this over the years.

-Do something that challenges you that you like. It gets your confidence up which shows to everyone whether they specifically notice it our not. It just kindof shows up in your "air"

-sobering up for a few days usually helps me too.

If there is any truth to any of this I'm in BIG trouble. I don't know which part of this would tougher.

In the book "High Fidelity" Nick Hornby suggests asking questions and being interested. Watch the movie "The Tao of Steve" for a more amusing answer and an entertaining movie. I have also heard that women will find you more attractive if you are currently with an attractive woman. Perhaps one of the Suicide Girls would be willing to help. Hmm. a new revenue source for the SuicideGirls. Hire the SG Escort Service to help you get dates. Spooky could shadow with a taser if someone gets out of line. Or perhaps the SG girls could give dating advice. or dating coaching. Practice dating! Sex education!! wow, the possibilities are endless and the target market already visits the site.

funny, i read your post and then had to check that i wasn't the one who posted it (while drunk, suffering from amnesia, whatever). i've been going thru the exact same thing. even when girls hit on ME i haven't been able to deal with it. i'm not like that usually.

anyways, just a couple of days ago i figured out that i'm still pining for my ex-girlfriend. i'd been trying to play the tough guy, saying "i don't care." hell, i broke up with her, i shouldn't be the one grieving.

but i do miss her, and by not admitting it, i was getting myself all fucked up. so my advice is to take a long hard look at yourself and see if there's something like that going on.

But, seriously...I thought about that ex-girlfriend thing,that mabye there were feelings...but all I found was resentment.You see, she had a previous boyfriend of three years that she had been living with for a long time; before she found out he had been doing hardcore narcotics for a year under the same roof without her knowing.She was still reeling from this with my knowledge when we started going out.I thought I could help her through it, but in the end it just did me in.Time to charge that confidence battery! I sure could use a "jump" though....
