Oh man, now he's twistin my arm, and forcing me to put my pic up on here. LOL Well, in the next week or so, I'll put a pic up on here (possibly one from my birthday party this past weekend). So everyone can see just how much I look like Harry Potter, all grown up.

Thank You.

I've loved a man whom I initially thought looked like Harry Potter... online no less. He was gorgeous when I finally met him... 6'3", lanky, ice blue eyes, auburn hair, one fucked up tooth, sorta crooked, pouty lips, cheeckbones like Hepburn, a voice like Tom Waits.

I'll believe it when I see it tongue tongue tongue

It looks like I have no choice now, but to post my picture on here. I guess I will have to do it when I get home from work tonight (yes, the dreaded 11:30 to 8 shift AAARRRGHHH!!!) But for those who can't wait, I guess you all can come see me at my work on my lunch hour, because my boss does tend to get pissy when people come visit me while I work. LOL

(I work at the Lloyd Center Safeway, the only guy that wears a blue coat in the pharmacy) Yikes, now I am in trouble!

I'm lost
August 2002

I was digging through some of my old shit, and I found some glasses I used to wear in the fifth grade.

I immediately called up my mother, and asked her how she could let me go to school looking like harry potter. She responded by saying that, back then, there was no harry potter. So luckily, I didn't look like harry potter in the fifth grade. I just looked like a dumbass with stupid glasses.

On the other hand, I called up my partner at the time, and told her about the glasses. We weren't able to explore it, but she seemed to quickly acquire a harry potter fetish herself.

It was quite bothersome.

It would seem that there was a Harry potter before there was a Harry Potter. The idea of the Birtish schoolboy who gains magical powers, wears glasses, has a pet owl, and has to fight some sort of evil is a staple of British literature. For an example, see Neil Gaiman's Books of Magic starring Tim Hunter. That's the only pre-Potter example I know of.
