Proposing a New Group

Anyone here know how to propose a new Group?

Are there some criteria I must satisfy to make a new group? Who approves it? Who do I ask about it? Will someone else build it for me, if you think its a good idea, since I'm too much of a noob.

I'd like to propose a new Group simply titled Everyday Fears, pretty self explanitory.

I know I've got a lot of them and I know a lot of you have them and it would really help to be able to talk about them with each other.

Apologies if such a group already exists and I just missed it, please point it out to me.

OK, I think I figured it out. I proposed a new group. Hopefully the SG Uber folk don't think it's too similar to the Social Anxiety group.
