I was reading through the Terms of Service (which is very difficult, as the text is almost the same color as the background mad ) when I came across the following passage:

"The use of download managers, for example Gozilla, Wget, HTTrack, or others - to download more than one (1) image or movie file at a time, which is available for download, is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of a Users right to access any portion of the Site ."

So does this mean that if, for example, I wanted to download James: Oppress and Chloe: Improv, I would have to download them one at a time? What's the deal here?

That's the way I understood it. This is probably to help discourage against picture pirates who would pay for a month, only to download every pic off the site with relative ease.

So that people don't employ some sort of program to lift every image off the site and upload them to a filesharing service or create their own web site.

What if I want to download a video, and while I'm waiting I want to view a picture set? Can the admins differentiate between the video download for offline viewing, and the picture downloads which just go into my temporary cache?

Are you using a download manager? Or are you just right clicking and saving?

Right click and save.
But I have Firefox, which has kind of a built-in download manager.

so you quote the TOS where it says to not download more than one file at a time, and then you ask if they mean you cant download more than one file at a time?

That's more of jsut a set of shortcuts to your Internet Downloads folder. They're talking things that comb through photosets and download every photo in seconds.

Myself, I have all of my favorites saved to my screen saver directory. They just don't want people lifting images wholesale from the site.
