Ok - so like I read the FAQs and I hit edit and I edited my journal cause I cant spell and stuff - and now it wont save it... so like, what do I do to save journal edits?

i think all you can do is hope it works.

it is still a bug they are sorting out as far as i know - i've been unable to do it on some journals, and able to on others...

And I cant put it on private for members only.

We're aware of the issue, but none of us have seen it, so it's hard to figure out exactly where or why it's happening. Some people have said it sometimes works, others have said it used to fail but works now, and obviously some of you are still having problems with it.

It's obviously important functionality, so one way or another it'll be back. Stay tuned.

Bean. Yesterday I could edit.

You know what happens. After I hit edit, The radio button says edit, as oppose to "save" and it just reverts back to the original journal.

Just happened to me. I decided that I wanted to make all my previous journal posts private so went through and clicked in the circles etc. Logged out to check and there's 11 that are still public. Doesn't seem to be any particular reason why those 11 can't be made private. Some are long, some short. Some have links or pix in them, some don't. Tried editing one of the 11 to make it shorter (thought that might help for some reason!) but it reverted back to the original and still public.

Also, didn't we used to be able to bookmark threads like this? Can't now. I can't seem to find a button to click to bookmark anything apart from members. ?????

It works to edit sometimes, and sometimes not. No matter how many times you try. I've already said this a bunch of times though on the boards, so I hope you can figure it out. It's weird.

This just happened to me yesterday. I thought we couldn't edit any more.

I tried twice to take something out of my journal and write something else and it wouldn't let me. Then I tried a third time to just delete it and it worked. Then I went back to try to add something a few hours later and it added it. This was all on the same journal.

Figured I'd say what happened in case you guys can find a pattern in when it doesn't work.
