For the past week and a half I have been trying continuously to be able to read the model FAQ's. For some reason when I click on one of the questions, instead of an answer appearing underneath the question (like I assume it should), the question just disappears. At first I thought it may just be something with my computer, so I tried it in another one, with the same result (so far I have tried it on 4 different computers). I have been trying to solve this for a while now. This is exactly how it looks once i've clicked a few questions.

ok i just tried it and it works for me. perhaps your browser is not up to date? do you have flash installed?
Yeah I have flash installed. I just tried it again and it still isn't working. I wonder why it is working for some and not others? This sucks because I really want to read the FAQs!
It's not a flash issue as that page doesn't use any flash. Are you using Internet Explorer? I think it might be an issue with that browser (as it works in both Safari and my out-dated version of FireFox), and I'm sure the staff are looking into it. For now, you can switch to use FireFox as your browser. Which will probably make a lot of websites work better for you as there are a lot of bugs in IE that cause web designers a lot of trouble (-;
Just follow the link to download it! It'll change your life!!
Maybe submitting a help request or posting in the bugs thread would get your problem solved faster as people (staff, tech support) who know about the quirks of the site look at those places pretty often. Sure, it's nice to see that other people have the same problem, but if you need help with the site, contacting tech support will usually get your problem solved quickly and smoothly as the help girl knows the ins and outs of the site and can tailor a solution to your specific needs.

Good luck!
I did both of those things first before posting this, but never was able to get anything solved.
I just tried it with firefox and it is working great.

Sorry, I hope it didn't sound like I was being a know-it-all there. Just my observation on the trend of who it works for and who it doesn't.
