I think it's been almost as unsuccessful as the US Post Office getting people to use the zip + 4 system.
Bastards wont give me my mail unless its got the +4....plus they give out the wrong 4 to companies. So my bills and netflix never get delivered.
The really cute part is I live with my boyfriend whos mother is a mail lady and even she has no idea what we should do.
