So, you felt the need to add you brother has cancer and makes fun of it, because you have no idea what im talking about? Wow! you are a bigger dick than i gave you credit for.

No, I said it because you came into the thread on your high horse bitching that I should personally have to suffer through cancer. I pointed out that someone in my family already has and did so maturely and with a sense of humor. Something that you seem to completely lack.

sorry i don't find cancer as funny as a subject as your do.

This thread is the distilled essence of the internet forum experience. From comment to argument to potential Mod-icide in 3 pages.

You know how Plato talked about the world of ideas, and how every horse was just a poor reflection, an imitation of the ideal horse?

Well, this is the ideal forum thread. All others are just imperfect reflections.

Clearly you have confused this thread with the CHANNEL CHANNEL. THAT is the ideal forum thread.

I really wish I thought cancer was funny. My cousin had it when she was five, my grandpa has it and recently, my grandmother died from it. I will most likely get it like everyone else in the world. Still, I don't find it funny. Oh well. I guess I will never make it in comedy..... smile

Really, though. It's all in the context, in my opinion.

It started with this thread!

I kind of feel like Rob Schneider in Surf Ninjas, where he said, "What if the house blew up?" and it does. So then he thinks he has this power where he'll say, "What if...?" and it happens. And then he says, "What if I lose this power?" and hilarity ensues.

Surf Ninjas. Good movie. Underappreciated. Leslie Nielsen. Tone Loc. 90's classic.

Five bucks Canadian. That's like half a chicken mcnugget here...

I was at DFW less than 2 weeks ago, and the currency exchange booth was giving canadian dollars for american dollars even up.

Thanks, Bush Administration!

PS - today's mid-market rate is $1.11C : $1.00US.

PPS - Swiftsure getting teh zot was almost like an early birthday present. Perhaps he is now debating gay Caribbean Fiat drivers with Guildenstern...
