I think you get warnings before a zot... And then if you continue the bad behavior, you're permanently effed.
But I doubt SG recognizes IP's... So I think that the zotted peoples (as long as they use a different e-mail address, I'm sure) can waltz right back onto SG with a seperate membership.
There are members that have definitely been zotted before. A lot of them don't fly under the radar, either.

I doubt anyone has been able to come back.
Generally, if you've been zotted, you've done something to annoy or piss off SG and they don't want you on the site.
Again, like mentioned above, there is nothing stopping you from getting a new membership with a new username if you do get the zot and want to come back.

I didn't mean to.
And if SG recognized IP's it'd be kinda redundant anyhow. Because all you gotta do is reboot your modem and you get a new one. Or is that just me?
