when I was renewing my account, I ment to pay the 1 month but where I was in a rush of things and assumption the option was still lifet at 1 month, I accidently selected the 1 year. I didn't find this out when I went to deposit my paycheck to learn that it was in the negative ,I had $28 bucks in the bank at the time.
Normaly, I would go for the one year don't have much means of affording it also getting it's worth as a few months ahead, I'll be moving and net access might be tough at times. Would it be possible that I just have this month and have the $36 back?
Hate to be a choad about this but I got other important bills to take care of with the 36 (credit card, car insurence)

and you thought posting on the boards would help? Not quite - asking a bunch of members won't do much. Email again, or try a different staff member if your question wasn't answered. If you just didn't like the answer, I'm not quite sure what you can do.
Print the thread, apply it to a section of cardboard with your tape of choice (I prefer a clear packing tape for extra class), then station yourself at a busy intersection with a folgers can. Even money says you'll have enough left over for a six pack, or a couple tubes of airplane glue, or whatever you fancy.
