You can view them through iTunes. Just get the latest version of iTunes 6 for PC or Mac, and make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime installed (7.0.3). Just drag the subscribe link into iTunes, and iTunes will automatically subscribe to the feed.
iPod is the tool of the devil.
You don't need iTunes to watch podcasts just the new Quicktime.
So what I did was installed the new Quicktime with iTunes then got rid of iTunes leaving Quicktime.
Simple, Easy & iFree.

It's true that you only need Quicktime to view the videos, but if you want to subscribe to it as a podcast, then you need iTunes or another program that will update a video podcast. If you don't subscribe to the podcast, then you will need to keep coming back every time there's an update.
