i ordered a bunch of stuff on august 17, right when the PJs came out...
after about 5 weeks i sent an email asking why i hadnt recieved it. i was told the order got "lost" and allthough i was charged for it, the order was never placed. so of course by then the PJs were sold out. now i have to sit patiently and wait for them to come back in stock even though i already made payment. some of the other stuff i ordered is still in stock, but i havent recieved that yet either.
im going to e mail them now and just cancel the whole thing. i understand being busy, but this is kinda rediculous. its been 2 months of my money being tied up.
other than that, every other order ive ever placed has been delivered to me within 1-2 weeks.
Yep I ordered on August 17th and the same thing happened to me. It's now almost three months. The girl's hoodie I ordered is on back order for god knows how long, I never got the stickers I ordered and I was told I would get a refund on my shipping but that didn't happen either. My last order was super quick. I understand the shop moved, the dvd came out, etc. etc. but damn. I think cancelling the whole thing is my best bet at this point as well.

I was told I would get a refund on shipping for something. I inquired later when it never happened, and no one got back to me. I could use the money.
Anyways, I'm pretty sure a mod will come in here, and tell you guys to email the shop. Any time I've had a problem, the shop has gotten right back to me and has been helpful. Whoever that Shepard guy is, he is patient and helpful.
Can SG create menu for order tracking on the website?
I know member can tracking by go to order email and use the link but I think it should be great if member can tracking while surfing on SG website. So I suggest for module about Shop, for example; history order, order tracking.
So member can access their store by only go to Shop section like one stop service (a confirmation and detail about items by email still continue as present). So member can use email or SG website for their order tracking.

That would be cool, but I don't know of many websites that do this except for really large online retailers like Amazon.

Thank you. And yes maybe it's too huge for fully commerce so let's back to simply just 2 functions I requested,
#1. Order Tracking in Shop section. So member can access on SG website. I mean member can go to the page that contain the same detail that come from link in email so they can go to that page on SG website with no need to open it from email.
and
#2. History purchased item. (optional) It's ok if this is too huge for now.
