there was a set released at the Hell City Tattoo Festival this past year. i'm pretty sure it was a one time limited edition thing. sometimes i see them up for auction on ebay, but they haven't offered them here yet.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but, based on the picture there, the shop is selling the second of the three sets of cards.

The third set has been out for more than a year, but has not been sold in the shop, just at conventions and special events. Like the second set, it has artwork by Rion Vernon. Confusingly, the pack says "Suicide Girls Playing Cards Second Edition".

The first set of cards has artwork by Ryan Chaika and has been unavailable for some time.

The first edition deck of cards were not by Rion Vernon, and were done a long time ago. My roommate has them. They are really old and hard to find.

Then there was the 1st Rion Vernon deck

Then there is a 2nd Rion Vernon deck
