This is kind of a longshot I guess, since I suppose there are issues about logging in with regard to RSS, but it would be cool if there were some way that I could subscribe to the groups I'm a member of as an RSS feed.

Then, instead of having to sift through the groups page, we could look at the RSS feed in an aggregator and go directly to groups that have been updated.

I think the groups here are really cool, but keeping up to date with them is kind of a hassle, whereas using RSS aggregators (like bloglines) is easy...

Just a thought.

only problem i see is somehow being able to login, and encrypt your information... before sending it to the server.

i dont even know if rss has login/encryption features.

I was going to write something like this... but don't know what it would entail, of course it would be more like a crawler, than an actual feed, but the end result would conform to RSS2.0 standard.

Did this ever happen? An RSS feed for a joined group would be great! Just somethign to notify me of new posts...

You can't just click on the groups page and you know... look?

Do you know what RSS is? If you do, then why would you ask that? And if you don't, then why are you in this thread? And better yet, why did you comment?
