People can use "view source" to see the contents of the spoiler without having to click on each one. You have to squint through some scary HTML, but you can feel geeky and stuff while doing so. Also, it looks more like work than naked breasteses too.

EDIT: You can also hit reply, if you want the easy way.

you can also just hit reply, but that may be a bit too easy for you.

View source is ctrl U, reply is several tabs to get to the post, then enter.

Ctrl U is easier for me.
