Android, Blackberry Windows Mobile app :)

I noticed there were no apps for Android, Blackberry or Windows..

There is a mobile Suicide girl website which is awesome! Mobile Site
But it seems very limited with features compared to the main site .

So, I thought I'd put an unofficial SG Mobile app together if anyone wants it?
It will have all the features of the mobile site and more.

Would anyone be interested in testing, I'm targeting Android first then Blackberry and maybe windows 7,8?

Unfortunately I can't support anyone on iphones, iPads unless you have yours jailbroken because of the iStore content restrictions - but if there are enough requests I'll add it to the list..

The feature list (feel free to suggest add requests)

• App Settings Store login info + customise notifications, alerts


• Syncronise Twitter, Facebook with profile updates

First release will be for mobile but I will add support for tablets later.
Also I'll be posting updates here with a few screenshots so you can see the progress and comment.

Another feature that would be super awesome is a chat room. SG uses a flash based chat room which you can load on most mobile & tablet operating systems through a browser that supports flash, but you can't turn your own cam or audio on. If you get an app that will do that you're golden. If I'm not mistaken, it'd pretty well have to be written entirely from scratch. It certainly should be, at least. It'd be nice to not depend on a third party for anything.

As for everything else, well, everything you can do on the main site. There shouldn't be one part or function of the website that isn't accessable via an app. Everything that the site has is there for a reason. What would be very nice is to have your mysg feed update automatically.

I think it's a good thing to work on because even for my "desktop" I plan to replace my windows box with one of those Android TV dongles. Mobile / tablet computing is the future. I don't know how much of the work done on an app would be transferable to future mobile OS versions like 6 years down the road (compared to the work spent focusing a browser-based interface to the site which is already done), but I'm willing to bet that it'd be pretty easily portable and worth the effort.

The chat is pretty easy to create from scratch but I really want to hook it in with Suicides Girls Chat and consume and push the chat messages from their chat server to my own mobile Interface..
I'm hoping the server chat app it is not locked to a specific host maybe I can route my app to it via websockets. (Geek speak) Fingers crossed..

The Cam, Audio streaming is coming soon with latest web technology- WebRTC but not quite there yet.. ~I think (Give it another 6months) and may start this or do fancy VOIP, SIP.

In the mean time I'm sticking with 'simple' putting recording options and ability to upload to SG direct from your phone. There's lots to do..

I'll put an option so you can specify how often to ping for mySG updates and get notifications
