Wow, just have to say, I emailed about this and it was handled super fast. Props to SG customer service. I'm psyched to finish the movie tonight!
Wish I could say the same.
Are you sure you haven't received a reply and it went to your spam folder?
Yeah. Pretty certain no reply.
And you've seen all the other posts saying that it's probably your player and you need to download the latest version of quicktime?
Everything player wise on my computer is up to date. No problems with music or movies. I can't think of anything else that would be wrong? The movie played with sound and video error free for thirty minutes then just stops. Has to be a problem with the download.
I'm just mad cause I actually enjoyed what I did see. :

Word of warning on the Blu-Ray for those outside the US - it's Region A locked. Luckily I have a player chipped to switch Regions but for those in other Regions that don't have multi-region or use their PS3 to play Blu-Rays then this disc will not play - which is a shame as it's a great little movie.
Strange that the Blu-Ray never made it to the official store though.
Really? I thought Blu-Rays were region free?
We ordered the dvd from the shop, and it's region locked.
