The important thing: no one was actually (physically?) hurt.
Maybe we'll have a better picture after we've actually seen the movie.
Instead of just making opinions off of random posts and sporadic hearsay.
I watched the movie two nights ago. It was fun, really good for what it is. I had no idea about this controversy and can say, that being the case, I didn't pick up on any real harm being done to any involved. It may be because I wasn't looking for it, but as previously pointed out, why would there be a movie in that case? That's fucking bananas.
It debuted on Showtime tonight and honestly even though I've been on this site for 8 years now (OMG I'm old) I never heard about all the drama surrounding the filming of the movie.
That said, I really enjoyed the film. I wasn't sure what to expect...I mean just from reading ahead of time I knew the concept, but I thought overall it was well done. There were some cheesy shots that definitely could have been left out or filmed better, but there were some good scares and a generally creepy feel to the movie.
I wish they would had just done the damn calender because i can do without the drama and horrible man in a suit. The girls were beautiful as always and i was loving all the calender shooting.
