The shipping for me was something like 12 dollars at the checkout, but the email confirmation that I got said the shipping was only 9.

Yeah, that was kind of shocking to me too, especially since I order almost everything through Amazon Prime these days, so much of any shipping provides disincentive. On the other hand, I'd still be saving a good 30-40 bucks even at that shipping price.

I LOVE my hoodie that I got with this deal I was waiting and waiting till they got in the XL's in the hoodies ans they finally had, and I snagged one of them before they were sold out. Technically my boyfriend snagged one of them for me. This is probably one of the best gifts I gotten in a long time.

Plus we just ordered the book for our friend of our's too with the year membership! She's going to be happy!

Got mine in the mailbox tonight. The book is gorgeous. I haven't had time to watch any of the DVD yet, but I'm sure it will be likewise.

PS: My book (and I assume all of them) was signed by Missy. I can't decipher what's written above the "XOXO, Missy". Anyone know?

I originally ordered the one with the hoodie, but was told they were sold out of XL and there is no way a Medium or Small was going to fit

I had to cancel and reorder the guy one with the thermal. Unfortunately when the thermal came the side stitching was all undone, its easy to fix though. I love the magazine its more like a soft cover book with beautiful full color pics. Still a great deal even though I'm super sad about not being able to get a hoodie.

Has anyone gotten a gift pack? I ordered one on Dec 12 and still haven't gotten it. I had thoughts it might be USPS, but I ordered the playing cards on Dec 18 and those have shown up, but no gift pack.
