Edited because this was confusing and took me a minute to figure out. [I'm slow] 
In Safari, there options to both open the link in another window and open the image in another window. Opening the link gets you a blue box. Opening the image gets you what you want. Life is good.

This is probably because you are resizing instead of cropping. If you merely resize the picture, it may become distorted because the aspect ratio is off. If you crop it to the exact size, it should come out correctly. If this is all gobbledygook to you, someone is gonna have to do it for you.

Trying to add a pic to my profile but can't seem to get it to the right size for teh site...am using an iPhoto program but can't seem to figure it out.......

i'm used to pcs but right now I only have access to a mac, I've tried to size down my pic to put it into my profile but Iguess I'm not doing it right. I'm not sure how to tell if I've suceeded in croping it small enough. I'd appreciate any sugestions.

I am so very frustrated right now. All I want to do is put a pic on my profile...and damn it to hell I cant' get the two right. Once I have it at 100kb (or smaller) then it tells me I have to have a certain amount of pixs. UUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!

i keep trying to get the pic i want on my profile to change sizes. i go to attributes and i even type in the 235wx175h. but when i do it, it only shows the top left portion of my head. not attractive. even when i select the whole image. can i email it to someone to do for me? and if so, can they put it in as my profile pic or would they email it back to me? please help!!! i love you.

Ok, my computer is old, I suck with tech. anyhow and the pic's I have are too big. I would love some help, PLEASE. So the image I want to use is 534kb, is that too big to e-mail to someone for help, or perhaps just too big to werk with?
