how on earth do i cancel my account now?

In the past i've cancelled my account relatively easily on this site, but now the interface seems to be different. All the relevant links (help and billing information) takes me to a useless site called thesupportbank.com that merely shows the times I registered and renewed my membership in 2008 and not my latest renewal. The e-mail I got when I renewed my membership also gives outdated info about the site and how to cancel one's membership. Please help me out here thanks.

You cancel it through thesupportbank.com - go to the main page, click on 'knowledgebase', then on the next page click on 'how do I cancel my membership' in the right hand column, and follow the instructions. It is confusing at first, I know. I had this trouble myself last night.

Thanks, but I've done that and the problem is that it doesn't show my current membership. It shows only the last time i renewed my membership in 2008 and says the status is "cancelled." Guess I'll have to ask them what the hell is going on. I just wish the good old easy way still existed ugh.

Well, I don't know what to suggest in that case. That does sound odd (and annoying).

I had this problem when I wanted to renew my sub on a different plan. After sending an email with my information they fixed it within a few hours.
