9. i would love staff review to be more active- bringing back the limbo girl and all that- but i have to suggestions about how current sets are displayed. i like the set of the day and the last few sets that have gone up being on the front page. its like a headline for a news story. an introduction to the site.

1. How often? - Almost every day.
2. Look at front page? - Yes, a mayority of them.
3. Look at Member Review? - Only few of them.
4. Front page sets per day I'd like? - One would be okay, if it was exactly what I like.

4: Of course I would like SG to put more sets up for 2 diffrent reasons:
Obviously, the more there are the higher the probability that one fits exactly the kind of girl / kind of photography I am looking for that day.
Second, the more sets are brought, the more motivation for my favorite suicide girls to produce new sets.
Two sets was actually quite fine there.

5+8: The Members review has pros and contras. If staff review would suddenly become bad, this would be an option to get a set accepted without being judged by a small number of people's taste (even worse: A small number of people's opinion of what is a big number of people's taste).
Then again - from my impression, staff picks are allways very good, while member review is only "somewhat okay", sometimes. As I stated in related topics, I would prefer sets, that 4 people love above anything else and 6 would hate over sets that 10 people like just enough to press the left button but no more.
The other positive is, that member review leads to some feedback, that sometimes leads to a much improved second set for some hopefuls. ... I admit, that this could be realised in other forms, too, however.

Several times a day.

The sets-of-the-day? Yes. About 85% of the time.

Yes. I spend a lot of time in the Hopeful Group, so I look at both what I want to see as a member, and that which I've decided to critique.

Two. I just don't think 365 sets a year with over 1500 SGs and countless throngs of Hopefuls is remotely adequate odds. Especially considering that there are several dozen SGs that members love to see more than once a year (ie Mary).

This is a loaded question. It asks me to put down all my baggage about how MR is executed. I don't know if the number going up is relevant.

Until a better system is unveiled, yes. Again, with the stipulation that the sets featured in MR are of a base quality worthy of the front page.

It seems to me that the sets have always suffered a backlog. Any ideas to streamline the process and filter for quality would probably resolve any display grievances. For instance, there are MR sets that are featured on the front page that are of a quality generally unacceptable (ie flip book, very low photographic quality - not to be confused with a DIY or creative choice look/feel) to be set of the day. I think it stands to reason that front page featured Hopeful/SG Review sets should be the creme de la creme of MR.

I try to. I don't if I've just seen the set in MR recently, but I do if it's a girl I like, a girl I'm not familiar with, or if I've never seen the set.

2-3, since "the day" is different all over the world. (Set of the Day could go up at night here, but day in Australia, for example.) But if there are too many, it seems less special. I'm on the site so often that I get bored of only 1 a day too though.

I think more, that way it seems less special (as I mentioned). I would prefer higher quality MR sets over higher quanitity though.
