If you had a set go into MR, a year should have automatically been added to the end of your account. To check, go to your MY SG page, settings, then billing to see when your acct expires

well, if your SG password is working for general logging in to the site, which it clearly is, that exact same one is what you use to log into your billing section (unless it's different for hopefuls, I really don't know). if that's not working, email staff.

i think a help request would be more appropriate to troubles with logging into the billing system
