cute! i quite like how it references our pigeon holes
not sure about all the "sexy" stuff ("sexy social profile" "sexy photos" etc.). mostly because i don't see myself that way.
edit: and things like "naked blog" too. i mean, it's probably pretentious but i like to think my blog is more than that, and i never really post naked photos of myself there.
what i'm saying is it would be REALLY awesome if this was a setting and we could choose from headers that best describe the way we use our profile and blog. i didn't mean to just complain willy-nilly.
My blog says "sexy blog" too, which I think is hilarious. My friends are "people I love" which is just silly. I barely know some of the people on my friend's list.

Definitely needs better content management. Having the whiny hopeful featured on the front page doesn't look good. If the options are one featured hopeful or nothing, I'd rather have the nothing. This will lead to more drama and my god do they ever have enough of that shit already.
Oh, more fun videos and journals please. Less MR, more fun personality.
I noticed the bad choice of featured journal too. Does this mean it's random? What happens if someones having a shitty time of it and it gets posted for the world to see? I'd like to write a featured journal, can we submit stuff?
(sorry I keep posting lots of questions, I'd like to take part more in other parts of the site now, I really like these changes and how prominent everything is).
yeah, this. what's happening, staff? I 'd rather not make my journal entries friends only, but I think I'll have to rather than risk being plastered on the front page.
I mentioned this earlier in the bugs thread, and staff directed me to send my comments here. Of course people know if they write something on the internet anyone and everyone could look at it and they should therefore write accordingly. But members, unlike SGs, have a lot more potential visibility then we did before these site changes. If any member is fair game for this pseudo-publication, we should at least know so we could respond accordingly (ie, set journals to friends only).
yeah, I think I remember seeing that, actually. so they directed you here, and... I'm not seeing any response from them. it was mentioned on the 28th March, if not earlier.
*bump*
I'm sure there are all sorts of problems that are more pressing that this one, but still - staff directed a member to this thread to voice their concerns, and since then haven't responded in this thread. so... I was just wondering what the situation was.
To revive this thread, I personally think there's waaaaaay too many "so-and-so wants to be a SuicideGirl" once again. I thought the general shift was going to be away from all the hopeful stuff and back on to interesting groups, threads, journals and features?
