Yes you did help me through my issues, and I appreciate now as I did before. But it still seems to me that if you say something negative on these boards against SG then you get scolded almost immediately.

Hey but what do I know. I am just a newbie who throws temper tantrums. I'll make sure to tell the VA to give me anti temper tantrum pills next time I go down there, HAHA

Classic butthurt response which illustrates you'd rather defiantly miss the point than reflect on what has been said to you.

You realize that by telling people to post in appropriate places, things are more organized and user friendly, meaning ~ better for YOU.

It is not the content of your criticism but the manner in which you criticize that results in your being scolded. It is simply considered rude to suggest that a community to which you are a relative newcomer adopt sweeping cultural changes and that the members of that community change their behavior because it upsets you.

No problem, point taken. Keep your mouth shut until you have established a place in the clique, and then you can sya what you want. Until then just post cool things without a hint of discontent. Got it.

Here's another hint: blatantly attempting to twist what's actually being said doesn't really reflect well on your intentions.

Yeah dude, it's hard for you to be the good cop when you're flipping people off like that all the time.

this kind of attitude is going to make achieving the goal of being a trusted member of this community at the very least difficult, if not downright impossible.

seriously, calm down, explore a little, and learn to take honest criticism. if people around here seem a bit cynical or sarcastic, that's probably true. but remember many of us have had to deal with these issues scores of times before. it does get old after a while.

This has become a circular argument. That's not the point, as has been explained to you several times. If that's the message you're getting from the explanations that have been given, then there's no way we can control that. Clearly, no explanation is sufficient for you.

Written by Lil Tuffy:
You can't say anything negative here because you haven't earned the trust and respect of this community yet. Once you've been around awhile and people know who you are and what you're about people will understand a bit more where your ideas and opinions are coming from. As it stands now, you're the new kid on the block and you don't have any sway around these parts yet.

How is that twisting anything?
