I do like this.
I do have one question - can only members use this tool?
If the answer is no, I beg you to make it so that only members can use the tool or make it so that you can chose to take yourself off or only be seen by members.

i just logged out and tried it and YES non members can use the search function to find members

im not to keen on that, privacy please! shocked

Yeah, I agree...I don't like that part ...it creeps me out frown

I can't actually get it to work for me at the moment, but yes please staff could you restrict searching to members only... I'm a little uneasy about the thought of just anyone finding me on here. It would only take one pissy parent at my work to complain and I'd be in a spot of bother in my job.
Cheers smile

For the time being, if we put ourselves as "I'm Lost" will it keep us from being found with the search?
I only ask because someone from my job just got fired for what they said on an internet site and a friend on here just had to go anon because his job found him on here and threatened his position.

So, if there is a band-aid until the final fix I would love to know it.

Click on Girls in the top menu bar. At the top of the page you'll see the new search for Suicide Girls. Right above that are several tabs. Click on the tab that says Members.

I think the search function is placed a bit disadvantageous. one can also find it under "local" but only when hitting the "view all" option. a bit complicated I feel.

It doesn't seem to be working right now. Perhaps they are making some of the fixes so that there will be more privacy.

It looks great, but it seems to just load and load and load; never giving me any results. I am currently using the latest version of firefox. Tips to get it to work?

It definitely seems like a fantastic addition to the site but I can't seem to get it to work either.

*Edited to say there must have been little internet gremlins messing with the search feature because it's working now! wink

This thread's been dead for two years, so good luck to me, but has anybody revealed a reason the location search feature just turns up people from all over the world instead of locals?

I just checked it and it worked fine for me. Make sure to put your zipcode in where it asks Search for members within _____ miles of ______.

Thanks - it's working today, but for some reason yesterday when I did the exact same thing I was getting people in other states and even countries.
Guess it's just squirrelly.
