It would be nice if we could organize our threads into subfora which would have different designations.

Par exemplar:
Web Comics

Subforum 1: Introductions and Useful Information
Subforum 2: Comic discussion threads.
Subforum 3: Artist/Writer Highlight Threads
Subforum n: (insert description here)

This could cut down on the use of stickies dominating only one list of threads, and it would look more professional and make navigation even easier. This is true especially in large groups like Tattoo, Film Club, and SG Germany, et al.

Thoughts?

Too much work, and slow groups could become even slower because they would be more fragmented. Besides, I think it would increase the incidences of newbs/others posting topics in the wrong places.

Threaded threads would be nice.

I strongly disagree. People who are too lazy to read the whole thread in order to find replies to a certain post have no place on SG.

Voting up or down comments would be nice. Although the demise of plus one would be earth shattering.

Not to threadjack or anything...

I think there are larger groups that could benefit from this, but I'm not sure it's such a great idea. How many groups, honestly, have the kind of volume to make it worthwhile?

Wait, nvm, we could make a OMFG MY PERIOD subforum for GO. I'm on board.
