Girls who are Suicidegirls who have no sets up but do have a set in review -- that means SG bought a set from them, and that set is in the queue to be displayed eventually.
Girls can have sets in Member Review AND in the SG set queue. 
Before Member Review, girls who "went pink" but their set hadn't gone up yet were called Limbo Girls.

They are what is called "Limbo" which is a Suicide Girl with an accepted first set but no live one. They now have the opportunity to put their accepted unqueued set in Member Review if they feel thay've waited too long.
