Neither can I. I mentioned it before. But it's not a huge issue so I didn't figure it would get addressed.
Please be more specific. You do not see the icon for viewing neg feedback? You see the icon but cannot click it? You click it and the new window opens to a: completely blank page, 404 "not found" page, an error message (please provide error), etc.
I think they see the "" icon, click it, the "negative feedback" page loads but only this appears:
at least that is what I get.
Should be fixed now.
Strange... I'm still getting that bug, even from a couple of months ago til now still... I just figured you guys changed the way it works by disabling viewing of the negative feedback. I do agree though that reading what people thought could have improved is something beneficial. Fix mine! Fix mine! Thanks
I am unable to upload a video. I made the file size extremely small and way less then the max and changed it to every file type you can imagine. I uploaded it to flickr and it worked fine. Help
When reporting a bug please be specific and detailed. We are not mind readers and phrases like "doesn't work" tell us nothing about the specific problem you are having.
Tell us what, specifically -- step-by-step -- you were doing when the problem occurred; tell us how we can reproduce the bug. What, specifically, happened to indicate to you there was a problem? Was there an error message (COPY & PASTE THE EXACT ERROR MESSAGE!!), did you get directed to a 404/Not found page, did you wind up on a blank white page, did your computer grow horns and start speaking to you in Latin...? Screen captures, if you can manage it, can go a long way to help describe your problem. And, as has been mentioned many times, ALWAYS include what Browser and OS you are using.
The more detail you can provide, the easier it will be for us to find a solution and fix it. And, all other things being equal, we are going to work on the problems that are clearly described over the ones that don't provide enough information for us to even begin looking.

Access denied means there is a problem with your login session. Try logging out of the site and then log back in again.

Log out, clear your browser cache, then log back in again.

No prob, sorry it put you through so much frustration. Hmm.. perhaps a change to the error message might be in order.
It didn't show up when posting this message in a 'current events' topic, but the markup looked OK when editing. Had used lowercase 'b's, and tried upper - no difference. Substituting an 'i' instead of the 'b' *did* make the text italicized.

i emailed in a help question 2 times and both time was the same answer which did not fix my problem...
i am not able to update any of my photos or profile info. also, it tells me i have journal comments, when i actually don't ...they only clear once i have posted a new blog... but the more important topic would obviously be not able to update my info.
can someone help me? it would be very much appreciated

I dont know if this is where its supoosed to go, but some pleeeease do something about the adds in chat. My window is all silly and I can't even view anyones cams or turn mine on for that matter. It looks like the add was supposed to be really big and take up most of the chat window, but really the add is small.

I can't log in to sync my calendar using iCal, via the link provided on this page. This worked for years, but it may have broken anytime within the last few months. The last event I was able to sync like this was in late January, but I haven't been terribly active for awhile so I didn't notice it breaking.
I've used it in the past by putting "bean@" in front of the domain in the URL (so it would prompt for my password). Now I enter my password and it is rejected. I tried omitting the username and logging in with Safari, hoping it would use Safari's cookies to authorize the connection, but that didn't work either.
I realize this may be something that got forgotten about somewhere along the way, but it's a handy feature for those of us who are active in the community and go to events.
Incidentally, I can still sync my friends' birthdays and public events via iCal. It's just the personal event calendar that doesn't work.

It was mentioned a page or two back that updating your profile sometimes works better if you have your zip code in your profile. I know you Canadians don't have zip codes, but you have postal codes, which are kind of the same thing, so I'd say try that, it's worth a shot.
The journal comment counter works differently than the private message counter. For journal comments, it shows the number of comments on your latest journal entry, whether you've read them or not. That's why it resets to zero when you create a new journal entry.
I'm having issues with the chatroom. When the window opens, everything is crammed into the top half of the window. The advertisement covers the docking area. I am running Window Vista Home Basic.
