perhaps it's a good idea to exclude the girl's board from the active threads box on the homepage, it allready doesn't have a very prominent place on the frontpage and with 5 girls up at any given time it's a good bet that the active threads shown are always going to be those for the photosets.
it seems rather pointless to show whenever someone has commented a girl, it's not information i need and considering the latest 5 are at the top of the page it's not something i need help finding either.
i'd rather just see the latest active threads with actual interaction rather than the one way street of complimenting that goes on in the girls threads.

You might know this already but you can click "all" next to the active threads box header and it will show all active topics with the option to exclude girls' set comments as well as silliness board comments. Still, I would like it if girls' comments were excluded from the main boards page box as well.
i didn't know, it's still more clicks though which is my problem.
every part of the site, if you want useabbility over well whatever it is they think is worth showing you have to click more often.
the groups menu near useless to if you want information at a glance, the margin for active groups is only 2 hours which means that unless i spend nearly all day checking the groups it's effectively useless for seeing what groups are actually active.
it would be far more usefull to say use a 12 hour margin so you can check once a day and still get usefull information.
i don't want to see who commented in the past two hours, i want to be able to keep up with my groups at a glance and that means seeing more than such a short notice overview.
