Updated help file?

Forgive me if this has been discussed; I did a search and the return was just too large to sort through.

Is there an updated help file to reflect the new changes to the site? I want to delete these old bookmarks I have, and the instructions in the current help file are clearly no longer applicable. I assume this is probably a problem with other site features that have been changed too.

I can't fathom that a change of this magnitude would take place and the help file wouldn't be updated and available upon roll-out. So, please, tell me I'm completely insane and then direct me as to where to find it!

I'm bumping this thread because:

a) nobody responded
b) I sent an email to SG about it and haven't heard back
c) I just can't get over it

the help page looks like old stuff. im sure it's on the list of shit to do.
