When I know their name, Like, their real name? I cant find a search box, or even a specification deeeper than United Kingdom..

You can't search for people using their real name. Thankfully so, since that'd be an enormous privacy problem. Yikes.

That said, you can search for local members by clicking the "Local" button up there at the top of the page, and you can search for members by their site name or profile info (like interests, favorite bands, movies, etc.) by going to your Home page (click the link under your name at the top right of the page here), and using the search box there.

Which is something I'd think would recommend against us gaining that functionality here. Ya know?
