They don't "run the entire world" --- they develop its agenda and work to insure that those who are sensitive to their aims have leadership roles in government. What they are building is still not complete. They still require more control before they can "run the entire world." Events like 9/11, allow governments to assume more power away from their citizens, and to do so with relative blessing.

What they gain from a thing like 9/11 is public support, public fear, and public willingness to surrender their rights, privacy, and autonomy - which are the biggest obstacles to the completion of that goal.

9/11 was a foundational event, just like every religion has. This is the foundation of the kind of fear needed to project further wars and further growth of undelegated government power which shall be further built upon.

So long as people accept this foundation as truth, it will be built from.

His shtick is chronicaling current and past events. For him to throw out a prediction with such specificity is noteworthy. Especially considering that in the summer of 2001, very few Americans had really even heard of Bin Laden or thought this nation was a target for a terrorist attack.
