So there was nothing wrong with this election what so ever. Not only are you crying about someones comment, you aparently didnt read the link. No one did anything wrong and guess what they have a explination of the 106%. Infact the numbers are nothing more then data jargon. So yep this whole thread.... moot points of crying about some fixing of the system that never occured.

there's nothing to get away with. There was no fraud, it's just an awkward way of presenting the numbers.

I'm not crying about anything actually.
I can't open the link (no acrobat on this computer), but I am assuming that it had something to do with on site registration.

I'm was just presenting what I saw, then someone showed there was an explination for it. I do stand by my hypothesis that if a candidate wanted to commit fraud that states like Wyoming would be the key. But that's just that, a hypothesis

Oh, I realize that. I was referencing the "it doesn't matter because they're Republican, they only have three electoral votes, etc" logic.

Actually, it doesn't matter because nothing matters. This is all an absurd charade.

perhaps you can register right at the poles. some states allow this, and some don't. their figures for registered voters might not include those who register at the poles.

Comments like this irk me. We CARE because it isn't RIGHT.

Republicans outnumber Democrats in Wyoming 146,328 to 62,385. I figure that the extra 6% comes to 12,913 extra votes. Now, assuming everyone voted on the party they registered, the extra votes wouldn't have mattered because the state is red. Now, if this had happened in Ohio, Florida or some other state with a high electoral count, it would be a different story.

So that means they should get away with it? You're missing the point.

I know what you are saying, and if there was any fraud, it would be investigated. My point is that even if there was fraud in Wyoming, would it change the outcome of the election? I don't think so.

My precinct showed 110% turnout. More same-day registration than all prior registration. And overall the precinct went 2/3 for Kerry.

Obviously Republican corruption, as Kerry should have won at least 75%. smile

That's irrelevant. Fraud is fraud.

Heresy I wasnt complaining about this but all the people here not paying attention to the link. If you cant read it I'll give you a bite(as Im not going to retype it).

Basicly it states that there was a sign up of people at the poles. The state allows sign up at the poles, the very day of election. I was mad at people spewing out about fraud with no basis as they didnt read the facts.

I am glad that you brought this up. When I saw it I went WTF? Needless to say its just statistical anaylisis done in a hap hazard way. My whole beef is once it has been show for what it is for ass hats have to run around and continue to scream foul.

Needless to say neither myself or Buaku want to see coruption. Both of us however didnt see any, and as he plainly stated, that it wouldnt have mattered. It could of mattered but it didnt, and even more so was not a issue as the stats clearly do not show any corruption.

Not to mention you would have heard the Democratic party shriek if they got wind of something really going on. Am I saying coruption didnt occur? Nope but I dont think it was enough to make a difference.

Hell my friend went into vote and had a glitch touch screen issue. The lady nearly was teaching him how to vote for Kerry. I am not crying fraud because of one person I am sure conversly that they did the same thing for Bush some where.

There just doesnt seem to be major evidince of fraud here, or any where else. Although I will admit localized events most likely and did occur on both sides.

Thank you for paraphrasing what the cause was. I figured it had something to do with that.
