I'm perfectly capable of having the discussion that you claim to want, but I'm really just not interested in having it with you, as you've demonstrated neither aptitude for it nor genuine interest in it. I'm not going to get into the doctrinal repudiation of the Posse Comitatus Act inherent in the current administrations interpretation of the governing War Powers resolution, or whether the '04 was a constitutional delegation of authority for the legislature, because, well, you don't know what these things are and you're far too unpleasant for me to want to explain them to you.
